For me, it's pretty simple.  Of course she is.  For most guys at the gym, the guys who aren't ripped beyond belief, it's a little harder.

First off, let me just explain that if that chick on the treadmill is looking in your direction and there are no other ripped dudes around you, she's probably wondering what you'd look like naked.  That's a good first step.  Curiosity is key.
