Many guys who lack in the muscle department ask my advice on getting totally ripped. First, the most important thing is lifting massive amounts of weight! Don’t be fooled by these hand-holding trainers who tell you to do smaller weight with more repetitions, THAT’S TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!! You must and I repeat YOU MUST lift weight that is greater than your capabilities. Do not start light and work your way up, instead start high and get ripped.
